Mr. Neupauer joined The Mutual RRG, Inc. Board of Directors in 2009 as a Consultant and was elected Director in 2010. Since that time, he has been a member of the Governance, Compensation and Audit committees. He currently serves as Chair of the Finance Committee and is a member of the Nomination Subcommittee and Audit Committees.
At the end of 2008, Mr. Neupauer retired from his position as President of Medical Underwriters of California, the operating company for physician-owned Medical Insurance Exchange of California. He served MIEC in various underwriting and executive management positions since its formation in 1975. He continues to provide consultative services to MIEC and other clients.
Mr. Neupauer served on the Membership and Bylaws Committee of the Physician Insurers Association of America for over 20 years. He also served one three year term on the Board of Directors of PIAA.
